What we count
We count visits to this website and taps on things like our phone number, directions, Book now and membership buttons, so we know what helps our customers. We do this without cookies and without storing your name or your IP address. Each visit gets a random code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you from one day to the next. We also note the general city a visit comes from, your device type (phone or computer) and the website that sent you, such as Google or ChatGPT.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Google may set cookies and collect your IP address and device details under its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our own counter does not count you.
Forms you fill out
When you send us a message or a gift membership request, we receive what you type (such as your name, phone number and license plate) by email so we can call or text you back. We use it only to answer you and set up the membership. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Bookings and memberships
Detail bookings run on Setmore and unlimited memberships run on FlexWash. When you use them, you are on their service and their privacy policies apply. Card payments are handled by them, never by this website.
Your California rights
