Your vehicle's exterior will be carefully cleaned with gentle cloth washers and mild cleaning solutions. After cleaning your wheels and whitewalls, your vehicle will get a thorough rinse and gentle air dry.

Yes. For safety reasons, we require that you stay at the wheel of your vehicle. We use lots of lighting and glass to create a relaxing environment. You'll receive simple instructions and answers to any of your questions. We'll also guide you through the process.

At Stars & Stripes Car Wash, there's no need to hand dry! After your wash, heated air will dry your vehicle without ever touching your car. If you'd like a final detail before leaving, we have a vacuum area to give your vehicle some extra attention.

Stars & Stripes Car Wash does offer detailing services and self-service vacuums on-site for all express car wash services. The FREE use of our ultra-high suction vacuums is included with the purchase of any express wash!

We use products like Simoniz Hot Wax and Shine because they're effective, biodegradable, and safe for the environment.

Yes!

Our computer-controlled car wash uses about 30-45 gallons of fresh water per wash. This is in addition to 100 gallons of recycled water. The average person uses between 100 and 150 gallons of water when washing their car by hand.

A brushless technique like the one used at Stars & Stripes Car Wash combines soft foam and safe shampoos and cleansers to gently clean your car. Touchless operations don't use direct-contact methods. They rely on acid-based chemicals that can be harmful to your vehicle's finish, glass, and polished aluminum wheels.

We're equipped to handle most vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks up to 84 inches in height. However, we can't wash dual-wheel trucks. We guarantee that all of your factory-installed equipment will be safe throughout our process.

Absolutely! Make sure you empty the bed before taking the vehicle through the car wash. Additionally, some oversized side mirrors and other types of modifications may not be compatible with our process.

Yes. Please ensure the roof is properly latched.

Yes. We use cloth wash materials and mild cleaners to ensure a gentle, effective wash. Please ensure your paint has been properly cured before washing. Ask your body shop for more information about that. You usually need to wait at least 30 days before washing repainted cars.

Yes. We don't use any acids or harsh brushes that could damage alloy wheels.

Yes, but it's always best to repair or replace your damaged windshield as soon as possible. Any cracks or chips may expand as temperatures change.

After-market products, including CB and cell phone antennas, should be removed before your car is washed. We can assist you with this when you arrive.

While most customers who wash their vehicles with their bug shields installed do so without any problems, we can't be held responsible for after-market products made of plastic. Problems can arise if there is any existing damage or if the product is made of low-grade materials.
